The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable

The breakfast was full and with many options. Because of covid, the staff had to serve us instead of having a buffet, and they were wonderful. I was with my two daughters, and the staff showed a great amount of patience and kindness. This is a wonderful hotel with fantastic staff who go out of their way to help you and make sure that your stay with them is great. I have stayed here twice, and I will keep coming back. The hotel is close to a lot of great services, it is clean, the staff are extremely kind and thoughtful, and I recommend it highly. Great value for money, and very reliable.

Everything is great. Excellent service. Great staff. Great location. It's 10-15mins walk to the Mall and subway. There are restaurants nearby. A good gym is 20 mins away with a cheap daily rate. Strong Wifi. I extended my stay for another week and for sure I will consider the same hotel when I get back to Sao Paulo. The receptionists and the whole staff made me feel I'm home after a long flight away from home.

Good location, Tasty breakfast, nice rooms although the bed could be improved. Awesome staff and good cost x benefit.

The location was excellent to go to the American Consulate. Breakfast was ok. The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful
