The staff was great and made us feel welcome, although it was just a very short stay. The room looked nice and modern and the bed was really comfy. We enjoyed the tasty and varied breakfast so much that we couldn't help overeating. We skipped lunch altogether.

The breakfast was full and with many options. Because of covid, the staff had to serve us instead of having a buffet, and they were wonderful. I was with my two daughters, and the staff showed a great amount of patience and kindness. This is a wonderful hotel with fantastic staff who go out of their way to help you and make sure that your stay with them is great. I have stayed here twice, and I will keep coming back. The hotel is close to a lot of great services, it is clean, the staff are extremely kind and thoughtful, and I recommend it highly. Great value for money, and very reliable.

Everything is great. Excellent service. Great staff. Great location. It's 10-15mins walk to the Mall and subway. There are restaurants nearby. A good gym is 20 mins away with a cheap daily rate. Strong Wifi. I extended my stay for another week and for sure I will consider the same hotel when I get back to Sao Paulo. The receptionists and the whole staff made me feel I'm home after a long flight away from home.
